The Grounded Connection workshops show you how. You'll learn to harmonize your body, mind,
heart and soul with the reality of your ever-changing world using a simple 4-part framework.
These 2-hour online sessions combine somatic movement, guided meditation, group and partner dialogues with other creative forms of inquiry. You'll learn the core skills you need to feel a deep sense of internal ground while remaining open for connection with others.
More than just a feel-good workshop experience, you will learn principles of Anytime Anywhere Awareness so that you can integrate your learning into daily life.

This workshop walks you through the 4 Postures of Love, kindness, connection, curiosity & play, so you can ground these ways of being in body, mind, heart & soul.
Expect guided meditation, somatic exploration, creative self-inquiry & relational play. Heighten your awareness of the interconnectivity of all things. Learn to practice presence not only while meditating, but in your daily life.

Month 1
Relentless Kindness
When you make the posture of kindness into an intentional practice - in relation to yourself, other people and the world - everything you do gets easier. Your world becomes more beautiful.
In this workshop, you'll learn to turn down the volume of your inner critic and bring the tone of love into all interactions, transforming your self-care from isolated rituals into a soulful lifestyle that brings nourishment to every waking moment.


Month 2
Courageous Connection
Your quality of life is determined by your quality of presence. When you can focus and sustain your attention, even in chaotic circumstances, you act from wholeness, overcoming the pain of separation.
In this workshop, you'll get new insights into your habitual patterns of attention, experiment with alternatives, and learn how to cultivate higher quality attunement in everyday life by choosing love over fear at every opportunity.
Month 3
Infinite Curiosity
What you don't know is always infinitely larger than what you do know. Forces beyond your control always shape you. Finding ease within this reality is a crucial ingredient for the adaptability that leads to thriving.
In this workshop, you'll learn to embody non-judgmental openness in the face of social differences. You'll also learn how to transform boredom into fascination through creative use of your attention to more deeply anchor your capacity for presence.


Month 4
Serious Play
The expansion of your world is always the result of action. New knowledge, ideas and attitudes are important, but must be directly tested in the reality of daily life's trials and errors - ideally, in an easeful state of improvisation.
In this workshop, you'll discover how the willingness to be flexible at the level of your very identity itself gives you increased agency in all circumstances. When you know how to match your energy to other energies in your environment, you can bring more joy to every interaction.
